Standalone bluetooth communication

We want to create a standalone app on the Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 Neo.

In an optimum case it should receive and transmit data via bluetooth.  We have allready noticed that this could get very tricky (SAP...), but we hope that someone has a good suggestion. Maybe you can add sample code - would be great?!

Thank you fpr the reply,

But the Problem is that this is a bluetooth communication with a smartphone.

We need a communication with a serial-port bluetooth modul (http://www.exp-tech.de/Shields/Serial-port-bluetooth-module-Master-Slave-HC-05.html) because in the end we need a communication with a microcontroller.
