I am using a Samsung Z4(PL1) for testing but I have encountered a certificate issue when trying to install a web application.

Can someone please assist me with resolving this.

You have to Manage your Secuity Profile and Create your Samsung Certificate to permit app installation on the device.

# Step -1

Create your Samsung Developer Profile with Author Certificate and Distributor Certificate while you are connected with the Remote Z4 device. Steps are Explained with Screenshots in This Guide:

http://developer.samsung.com/z/develop/getting-certificates/create

# Step-2

Then Permit the Z4 Device to Install Application like explained in this Guide:

http://developer.samsung.com/z/develop/getting-certificates/permit

The remote device doesn't show up in the Device manager so it also doesn't appear in the connection explore.

If I create certificates the DUID of the remove device will not appear and if I add manually I still won’t be able to permit to install because the device doesn’t show up in the connection explorer

If Connection Explorer doesn't find the device, then the matter is, First you have to check have you connected with the remote device Successfully?

A Java application (JNLP) Looking like Emulator Should be running and the device would be interactive. Have you reached till this stage?

Yes I have the remote device running but it doesn't show up on the connection explore

I think you might like to check this Out:

http://developer.samsung.com/remotetestlab/rtlHelpDevice.action?gid=2000&pageord=4#d4e45

On your Device > Right Click > Remote Debug Bridge > Copy the command

In Terminal/cmd move to '<Tizen-Studio dir>/tools'

Then Paste the sdb connect command. For Example:

root@user:~$ cd tizen-studio/tools
root@user:~/tizen-studio/tools$ ./sdb connect localhost:2600

// Repeat the command Several times if fails to connect, Thanks.

Thanks Armaan-UI-Islam.

Please, help! I try to connect Gear S3 to Tizen Studio via bridge!

I did as you said, but it didn't connect. Always "failed to connect" is shown.

...

On your Device > Right Click > Remote Debug Bridge > Copy the command

In Terminal/cmd move to '<Tizen-Studio dir>/tools'

Then Paste the sdb connect command. For Example:

Repeat the command Several times if fails to connect, Thanks.

...

I repeated it thousand times! Maybe I must to manage something in my system? For instance, to open some port... I dont know... I use Windows 8.1

Looks like a remote device works well, it is interactive.

Thanks!

# Checklist:

- Check If the Date/Time is set properly in RTL device and your PC.

- Check if remote debugging is 'on' in Gear S3 (RTL) > Settings > About Device > Debugging.

How to get a remote Gear S3 devices that is connected to Android phone?

I tried to run two devices (phone and watch) that were in the same location, but I couldn't manage it. Also I had to reset remote Gear S3 to make it visible for connection with a phone, but that action was broking my connection, so I had to run it again and waste my credits.

Is there any easier way to get a remote connected to Android phone Gear S3 device?

Cheers!

Haven't seen in the Remote Test Lab Documentations somewhere about [Mobile-Wearable] paired device support. You may check the Support Section or send a mail directly to rtl.support@samsung.com mentioning your query.
