How to reboot the TV device using the program?

Does anyone know? I did not find the relevant api

As far as I've seen Tizen Documentations, Tizen Platform do not offer any API to reboot/restart the device. Tizen mobile/wearable/TV do not allow a third party application to turn off/restart the device itself.
