Gear App copied

Hi to all. Some of my users wrote to me in the past days telling that someone copied my app. I checked on the store and it's not a 1-1 copy, it seems that someone somehow extracted the wgt (of one of my bugged previous version) and published it ad a fresh new app. Is this possible? It's exactly the same, as I wrote, even in the bugs: I should deduce the version number from the bugs ... Thank you.

Only - "Alarm"? And what's the other app that uses your code? I just want to compare them. I think it's possible for someone to see your code. Whether he use it or not it's not ethical of course. Maybe you should turn to Samsung for this.

Hi there! Please excuse me but I had problem logging on this forum ... didn't find out why ...

Anyway, the supposed copied app name is "Gear Alarm Alarm app for Gear2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear S". I already wrote to Samsung but it isn't going well: I wrote to appcopyright@samsung.com and they replied:

"If seller finds an application which is copied from your original one, please report us mailto:appcopyright@samsung.com."

that's the same mail address ...

Yes! I'm sorry I forgot to update this post. Samsung wrote me few days after the previous post (they read the problem here) and removed the app. Thank again Samsung :)
