Using emulator images from download.tizen.org?

Is there any up-to-date documentation available on how to use emulator images from download.tizen.org, e.g.

http://download.tizen.org/releases/milestone/tizen/unified/latest/images/emulator/mobile-emulator64-wayland/

To start with I can't find any kernel to use with them...

So far I've found on web is the steps in this link. Unfortunately, I couldn't manage to find any up-to-date relevant documentation. Please share here if you find any.
