Tizen Wearable Web Project Missing. SDK 1.0.0b3

I've been trying for a few hours to install The Tizen wearable SDK.

I'm using 64bit Windows 7.

I download tizen-wearable-sdk-2.2.159_windows-64.

I download SDK Image TizenSDKW_1.0.0b3-windows64.zip

I run tizen install manager, Select Advanced choose the SDK Image and select Next, then Next again.

I get a blow up for the HAXM because I'm using an AMD Chip. I click ok then Finish.

I restart the computer are requested.

Once I get it restarted and open the IDE, I select New, Then Project I look for  New Wearable Web Project but it is missing.

I'm not sure what is happeneing. I'm following everything from the video and do not see this Web project anywhere!

Please Help.

Here is the video I'm watching for referance.

Solution Found!

So it turns out Windows UAC Has effects on this issue.

I reinstalled the IDE on My Logical H: and created the workspace on this drive as well.

My H:\ has no UAC and I can now access the File> New> Wearable Web App..

So in closing thanks for your input. If anyone else has this issue This is the solution.
