You may have to enable Hardware acceleration on your machine. Please refer https://developer.tizen.org/downloads/sdk/installing-sdk/hardware-accelerated-execution-manager

The service is running, but still not work:

The configuration of my computer is: 

Computer:    ThinkPad X201 
OS:   Windows 7 64bit SP1 ( DirectX 11 )
CPU:    Intel Core i3 M 330 @ 2.13GHz
RAM: 8 GB (  DDR3 1333MHz )

Can you paste the content at here? I can not visit that URL.

Bug Description: Unable to run applications installed on the emulator. When tried launching,"application[name] stopped unexpectedly" message is popped up.

The issue has been observed and reported by many developers.

You can register at bugs.tizen.org as you may need to raise issues on bugzilla in future.
