Native application localiztion c++

Hello, could someone, please, help me to find some information (examples wii be good too) about how to make localiztion for my native applivation using c++ ? 

As I see there is a "Localization" tab in in tizen-manifest.xml but I don't have any idea how to deal with it.

Hi, fyi;
IDE -> File-> New-> Tizen Native Project->Online Sample-> Internationalization (C example of multilanguage support)
