How long will it take to process and send me the keys for Push Registration Service?

I'm trying to get samsung permission to give me the keys to use their Tizen PUSH server. I sent them an email a week ago with all requested developer and application information, but I got nothing back from them yet only an automated email saying that if you have a question post it on tizen community forum. Is there anything I'm missing?

There is no timelimit stated for acceptance/rejection feedback from Tizen push service team in Push Notification Guide. Even if the Terms of Service is violated or region coverage is not available there should have been a gentle response at least.

 

May be there exists a long queue of requests, I guess. Anyways I would suggest to send another mail requesting for clarification to the mail address that seems approriate to you from Tizen Developrs: Mailing Lists .
