How to get application, SIM, IDFA & APN info?

Could someone share how to extract the following information?

1. Application name

2. Application bundle/package id

3. Application version

4. IDFA

5. SIM MNC & MCC

6. APN (Access point name)

Any help is appreciated as the resources for application name, package id & version point towards getting the application process id & using the package manager. Maybe I'm mistaken.

Thanks, I found how to get most details now except for IDFA (Identifier For Advertiser). Is this supported through any API ?

I think Tizen hasnt currently IDFA support afaik... Maybe u can use TizenID for that?
