Recording Video Screen Capture of Gear S2/S3

Hi,

Is it possible to record a video of the Gear S2/3 being used like I would on an Android device? (I'd like to record looking through the various watchfaces and using some of the features etc.

I'm not a developer but I'm hoping it will be simple enough to accomplish with some good instruction.

You may try to capture screen instead of video as this link give option to do so,
