Real time communication of Gear device with a mobile Galaxy device

I have got a Gear S 2 device and I want to send to my mobile information about steps, heart rate, accelerometer etc. Basically I want to send the information into a mobile device and in second step to send it to a PC. Any suggestion on how can I achieve with the above goal? Is it possible to fetch data real time on a PC via the use of a Samsung galaxy device?

Hi,

You can send the information to mobile device through SAP(Samsung Accessory Protocol) . please refer to below documentation of this link and sample as well.

But regarding comminucation between mobile device and PC, I assume that there are several ways like Bluetooth, usb, etc.
