Specific commands can be run on Windows PowerShell for converting OST files to PST. First of all, run PowerShell as an administrator and change its execution policy such that scripts can be allowed to run on it. Now navigate to the specific location of that OST file and command it to export all its data into a CSV file and import it into a new PST file in Outlook. The bad thing is it doesn't work generally with larger or corrupt OST files.
