Web apps to tizen apps

I have a web apps was writed by php. Is it ok to port it to tizen apps? 

How should i do? And It is eligable for tizen app challenge?

Hi, Tizen support HTML5 Web Applications mostly client Applications, one thing you can do is, tizen supports hosted webapplication. Created sample html5 application and re-direct to your client on the server.

I used php for getting data from database. I tried in simulator it displays the code in php.

php is a scripting language, at the end for displaying you will be using html tags only. Mostly php applications will be hosted on webservers like tomcat, websphere.. etc

I tried the php file in XAMP server atleast its shows something but in simulator directly it display the code. Is there any process to work with php for Web apps ?
