Hello. Tizen 2.3.1 IDE won't start. Nothing happens when trying to start. My system is Windows 8.1. . I was trying to reinstall but still nothing.

fyi: https://developer.tizen.org/development/tools/download/installing-sdk/prerequisites
Win 8.1 is not mentioned there directly.

If you attach android phone to you pc while launching ide, please detach it.
