sample web app winset rotation not smooth

Based on the test on device the sample program comes along with the sdk - winset, blink and lag when device changes orintation. The rotation seems being redraw many times.

This is really not good since it demos to people web app has petformance problems.

You have also lag effects on some transition like flip or turn.
