Install SDK failed

i already download the install manager and the sdk image,

and when i'm install it using the sdk image the install manager run correctly but after packaging until 20 it stop and said the instalation has failed

 

can anyone know why this problem happen to me? i'm using windows 7 32 bit

Please check whether the sdk image is downloaded properly. Share your install.log file
