The downloaded sdk file is invalid

After the completion of 1.3 gb of the windows 64bit software it shows an error saying-

"The downloaded file is invalid.Do you want to retry?"

What could be the issue?

I downloaded 1.7gb SDK 12 times and finally i was able to install it.

Can anyone please give any links for the introduction of web apps in tizen platform.
