How to compile ARM release copy for Galaxy watch

I have a watch app that I made from the native calculator sample using Tizen Studio. It is x86 architecture, and works on the emulator. To compile an ARM copy, I change platform to ARM, in the Properties box, then save, clean, and compile. The compiler says it built successfully, but I can not find the .tpk file. Should it be in the Release folder?

Select "Build Signed Package" in the Project menu.   This does not show up often.  After clicking around in the IDE for a few days, it suddenly popped-up, and now it will build an ARM copy.
