hourly chime/vibration

Hi all

I started learn developing e few days ago because I dont find any apps for hourly chimes. The problem is that I dont know any programming languages and dont understand the guides/excamples at all.(My english isnt good enough) Can someone help me creating a standalone app for wearable with selectable time and sound/vibration?

hi Steiger, 

Without understanding any programming language, you can't create a good app. You must learn the basic programming knowledge. For the start, you may learn C programming language. If you understand C, you can start developing Tizen Native app and it will also help to understand many more language.
