Error while launching application next time after making some changes

Hi,

When i am trying to run my application next time after making some changes it is showing error like:

1. Cannot install application.
Error code: FATAL_ERROR
Error message:
Command: /usr/bin/pkgcmd -q -i -t tpk -p /opt/usr/apps/tmp/UaYhD8eoAy-1.0.0-i386.tpk
Management: Installation or uninstallation is not working temporarily.

2 . Error code: PACKAGE_NOT_FOUND
Error message:Cannot remove application

Command: /usr/bin/pkgcmd -q -u -t tpk -n UaYhD8eoAy
Management: Check package components in Project Explorer.

ETC...

So i am not able to launch the application on the emulator.Please Help......

Hi Sanjiv, Quick checks 1) Can you check if you are able to launch web apps? 2) Are you using Tizen 2.2 SDK? Did you rebuild your project on 2.2 ? 3) Have you set the security profiles?

I am receiving the same error (first one). Only it is not after making changes...it is directly after creating a sample project and making no changes.
