Trying to run a Tizen app on an Android device

Hi,

I recently started to work with Tizen and I'm trying to run my Tizen test apps on my Android device.

Although, even following the instructions on https://developer.tizen.org/documentation/articles/launching-tizen-applications-on-android-platform I still didn't get it.

I've installed and configured my Java, Ant and Android variables, also, I've installed the phonegap, as it says, but when I'm trying to execute the step 8 with the command: android update project -p../ --target android-17,  in my .cordova directory my prompt doesn't recognize the android command.

I'd like to know if anyone had a problem like this, or if I'm missing something.

Thanks for the help.

Regards.

Hi Amanda,

I would recommend the Intel XDK for this ;)

Hi, Olivier. I'll try this Intel tool. Thank you. I'll let you know about this. Now, since I'm trying to run my apps on my Android device I'm also trying to use the emulator. But, my apps only get with a black screen when I open them on the emulator. Would you know what can cause this, and how to solve it? I'm using Windows 7 64bits, I've installed the Intel Haxm and enabled the virtualization and the emulator seems to work fine, but, I still get this problem. Thank you for the help.
