Tizen Snapshots, how to use them ?

Please, how to use them with success? Some Devs tried but without success, as latest Systemfiles mabye mandatory?

To be more precise in my Question...

 

Bootloaders are here:

http://download.tizen.org/releases/system/

 

Latest I can see:

Tizen_RD-PQ_System_20131107_1.tar

 

These are compatible with latest Snapshot? From here:

https://download.tizen.org/snapshots/tizen/rd-pq/latest/images/RD-PQ/

tizen_20140211.6_RD-PQ.tar.gz

 

If not, what I need to do, to run successfully this Firmwareversion?

tizen_20140211.6_RD-PQ.tar.gz
