This site ( https://developer.tizen.org) is all the time reflected in the Korean language.
My location is Europe.
It is very uncomfortable.
  Already cleaned the cache, but it does not help

I need at any request - change the language to English

yes, I also had this problem, can't remember how I solved it btw - try to modify the language in your profile

most search results are published with a language switch to Korean: that's the main problem imo
