WEB API, How detect DnD state of samsung gear Sx ? (Do not disturb mode)

How I can detect "DnD" change state event for this mode of gear?
  (Do not disturb mode) in WEB API S, S2,S3

You may use the flight mode - if you are offline, then you receive no notifications. Unfortunatelly there is no possibility to set the Bluetooth directly, because then you need partner permissions. If you cannot set the flightmode directly, may you can open the dialog for switching on/off. 

As far as I know there is still no possibility to get the "do not disturb" status in a third party app. It is ridiculous, because there are enough examples of apps that should not play sounds or vibrate when the user has "do not disturb" turned on. It is one of the features that is not available. Samsung should do better.
