Tizen Wearable(GearS2) RTP supported?

Hello,
I'm trying to develop Real-time Voice Chat Application via gearS2.
I found RTP related api on native document. but It seems only for receive and play.
I cannot found RTP send (real-time voice send) API.
How can I achieve this?
