I don't like to complain, but wish to note the reasons I will not put any more effort into supporting TIzen.
I've spent four months and a half-dozen submissions, working to address the "defects" raised in app rejections. A small fraction were legitimate issues that needed to be addressed, but the majority were either
* user error (for example, app is slow when user attempts to import a multi-megabyte video as a text note)
* outside scope (for example, "app records a blank note" [ when the user tells it to ])
* ignorant of Responsive Design principles (for example, layout is different on a Z1 from a Z3)
* repeat other issues
* ignore explanations given
* incorrect (for example, "Internet privilege is not required")
or
* insulting ("Application does not provide valuable, entertaining, unique and or informative uses.")
It's worth noting that neither the Firefox Marketplace nor the Chrome Web Store raised any such issues, which is why the updates to my app are available there, but in the Tizen Store.
