Connect TV to Android device via Bluetooth

Hi

I'm developing a web application for Tizen TV and Android application.

The main feature of those applications is communication between the phone and TV.

Is it possible to connect TV to Android via Bluetooth and send some data?

As far as I've seen, There's no restrictions mentioned on Bluetooth communication between Android mobile and Tizen TV.

 

In Addition, There's 'Smart View' SDK by Samsung for seamlessly connected experience though devices. You may check it out If the SDK fit's for your requirement.

As I can see from that documentation Bluetooth feature is supported in mobile and wearable applications only.

I tried Smart View SDK but if using it only phone can discover the TV. But I would like TV can discover mobile phones as well.

I've also seen that notice.

You can try checking some basic bluetooth operation/functionalities in Tizen TV to see how it behaves.

 

I would suggest that, you may post your issue on Samsung TV Forum

Developers on the specific domain may share their experiences with you there.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try to ask on Samsung forum. 

I tried to connect to the TV from Android using Classic Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy.
Unfortunately not successful.
Always got some error.
As usual 133 error.
