App .wgt run on emulator but doesnot run on device

My device sdk is 2.1.0 and my tizenIDE sdk is 2.0.0 and new TizenIDE on tizenWeb page is 2.2.0 .when i checked update by going in windows->prferences->checkupdates it gives NO UPDATES avaible.When i run app on device it gives error

During installation, some errors happen
plz give suggestion what to do.
