I updated my sdk from 2.0 to 2.1 and my builds slowed down greatly. I looked at the processes via top and the automount process was consuming 100%. The only mounted external folder I have is my /home/your-name-here folder.
Mind you, this is not the system $HOME folder but a relic from a previous configuration. $HOME points to a locally mounted protion of the filesystem.
I tried to change permissions on /home/your-name-here to remove read access, but this did not seem to help. I tried to unmount /home/your-name-here and this seemed to work until the automount mounted it again. I reverted to the 2.0 version and my builds cruise along again. So, question is, why do the 2.1 sdk tools try to use /home/your-name-here? Can we make sure that this does not happen in future releases?
