Hello,

I recently faced this kind of problem.

If Android phone is connected to PC, Tizen IDE(2.3.1) start loading sometimes freeze.

I'm not sure if this is my environmental issue or known issue.

Hi,

I experienced similar issue and would suggest you to perform below command on your pc. After reboot your pc, then you will start it without problem.

javaw -Xshareclasses:destroyAll
