Opengl color blend unexpected on left 720 pixel

when create a opengl form based app.

if i use landscape mode , left 720 pixel always using add blend mode (the other is correct)

if use frame based mode , color is blend correct , but i don't know, how to add a control.

and how could i upload a attachment?
