My app is being suspended for the usual bulls* reason

I've just received the following email from Samsung:

Application Title: AIDA64

Content ID: 000000064289

Application Status: For Sale -> For Sale (Suspension Requested)

Reason:

Dear valued seller First of all thank you for being with Tizen Store. We found functional issue on your application so it will not be available in Tizen Store. I didn't expect this to happen. And I definitely don't feel like a "valued seller" at all now. Once again, Samsung can amaze me with their completely unprofessional and unfriendly support.  As the veteran members of this forum may recall, I've got similar approach from Samsung when I first tried to submit my app to the Tizen Store:

https://developer.tizen.org/forums/native-application-development/native-app-validation-rejected

Back then the rejection was overridden by -- supposedly -- a real professional reading this forum.  I have no idea what kind of clowns operate the Tizen Store, but something has to be done there. They shouldn't fire good, useful and popular apps from the store, but instead fire such guys who make such decisions about apps. Especially since they don't even mention in the email what is the deadline for the suspension.  How many days do I have to resolve the issue before the app gets suspended? Who knows? How can a big and respectful company like Samsung send such an email? Noone in Korea feels like such treatment of developers undermines the future of the Tizen ecosystem?

A couple of facts about the app that is being suspended by Samsung:

- available on 4 mobile platforms, including the 3 biggest ones and Tizen

- downloaded over 600,000 times in only 9 months (combined download count for the 4 platforms)

- rated 4.67 out of 5 stars in the Play Store, rated 4.9 out of 5 stars in the WP Store

- downloaded by close to 10,000 Tizen users

- picked as an "intriguing app" by Windows Central

- never rejected or suspended by Apple, Google or Microsoft. Only rejected by Samsung

What can a developer do in such a hostile place that is called Tizen? Seriously. BTW, I have no intentions to contact the Tizen Store Support team, since they've never been able to help about _any_ issues so far.

I guess the guys at Samsung really read this forum. Which normally would be great news, but I suppose my case is special...

Curiously, Samsung want to control the quality of the apps in Tizen store?

At least, I think they should make Tizen more popular firstly.

Apple done the same control to their app store?

Maybe samsung guy could help to clarify the reason.

Hi,

I understand your situation. but now I would suggest you to explain the value of you application to Tizen Store once again. then, they will discuss again.

Update: My app is back in the store. Samsung apparently just reversed the suspension without notice, and without explanation. Whoever fixed it up, I'd like to thank him/her.
