I came across an interesting piece of data that I wanted to share because it may be related to some performance issues my team has been experiencing.

 

The process, "LauncherExtensi" is using ~50% of the box's total CPU. We are using VTC1010's that are duel core, so I believe an entire core is being dedicated to this. Does anyone happen to know more about what this process is doing? Thanks in advance for any help!
