The nature/principle of Tizen Native PopUp is to size up according to the contents it is holding.

As far as I've seen: Box, Grid, Table, Popup etc components behave like an empty bag, The more you pack up components the size increases, and the more you unpack size decreases. You can't just define some fixed size like 600x400 or 200x100, It is variable depending on the number and size of Internal components/widgets/text.

For defining size there is Sizen Hint API. You may use the evas_object_size_hint_weight_set() function but the documentation stricty mentions:

"This is not a size enforcement in any way, it's just a hint that should be used whenever appropriate.This is a hint on how a container object should resize a given child within its area."

So, In summary you can't give popup window a predefined size. It will adjust it's size based on internal content (as minimum size as possible).
