Cannot install application.
The emulator normally dolahganeunde
In the device, the following error occurs.
Emulator, tizen phone z1 same version 2.3.0.
Error code: FATAL_ERROR
Error message:
Command: /usr/bin/pkgcmd -q -i -t tpk -p /opt/usr/apps/tmp/test-1.0.0-arm.tpk
Management: Installation or uninstallation is not working temporarily.
