List All installed chat/messaging APP in Tizen mobile 2.4

Hi

I want to develop an app which will show list of all messaging / chat apps like WHATSAPP, TELEGRAM and FACEBOOK MESSANGER. I know with help of certain permission required by apps like INTERNET, READ CONTACTS, MESSAGING we can find out such apps but this is not 100% true every time. Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks

Hello, your question is not clear.

1. Can you please tell us a bit more about your app type (native/web).

2. What do you mean by "we can find out such apps but this is not 100% true every time."?

Hi Nafisul Islam Kiron,

Thanks for your response.

1. I need to categorized apps either web or native , which is providing instant chat/messaging services like whatsapp or facebook messenger . I want to know, How can I find out them programmatically that this app is instant chat/messaging app or not, irrespective of it is web app or native app.

2. What do you mean by "we can find out such apps but this is not 100% true every time."??

Means I can determine such (chat/messaging) apps with help of their permission of INTERNET, READ CONTACTS, MESSAGING etc, but it will also result some apps which are not messaging apps. SO this is not good idea to find out chat apps bu using their permission.

I want to know some other way to find out installed chat/messaging apps ( Native as well as Web).

Hi Raghvendra,

Not sure if I understand the question but we've just started the Tizen Matrix project, which will be a all-in-one chat app:
