Error during running TizenSDK (after reinstalling Windows from 32-bit to 64-bit)

After reinstalling Windows 7 (32-bit was changed to 64-bit) Tizen SDK now run with error (see a picture here: http://i.piccy.info/i9/7c566994900825816e9d591813465fa3/1484423464/128569/1108745/javaer.jpg).
I have downloaded Java from this link https://java.com/en/download/help/windows_manual_download.xml . My Tizen Sdk was downloaded on Windows 32-bit. early (year ago). Is it mean that I must to download and install again another SDK (for Windows 64-bit)? Or this problem in another else?
